Even as opting for a skateboard, almost everybody focus on the size, length, traction, and in particular the design. Just as these are all major factors, other specifics are almost overlooked, such as the skateboard wheels. Wheels don’t just sustain your board rolling — they are also reliable to maintain you on your feet as you take on different terrains. Nearly all skateboard wheels are made from polyurethane, a variety of hard rubber. They are made to survive high friction and make contact with coarse surfaces, such as dirt and concrete. They come in varying sizes and hardness levels, and selecting the correct wheel can significantly better your performance.
