You don’t want to die young, do you? Well, that is exactly what is going to happen to you if you don’t do something about all that cholesterol in your system immediately. Talk to a doctor or something; they should be able to work something out for you that will help to lower your cholesterol and avoid foods that caused high cholesterol.

Folks make a big deal out of high cholesterol, and I wonder what they are all about. It’s this simple: you want to die, or you don’t. If you don’t, then you want to lower the cholesterol, and that you do by paying attention to all this stuff that you are reading.

Your blood pressure is never going to get more friendly unless you lower your cholesterol. So you need to think about a holistic natural lower cholesterol way of doing things. To think that is not as much trouble as you thought it would be? just eat more roughage and you could be healthy all over again.

Your cholesterol levels aren’t going anywhere but up as long as you continue to eat all that junk. The only way to do it is to lay off the grease and do more of fruits.

To remove cholesterol from your body, you need to bind it back into circulation from where it lurks in the walls of your blood vessels. You do that with roughages, allowing the poison to flow back into your bloodstream, and out of your system.
